Instructions

Step 1
fry off onions, ginger, garlic and cumin in the oil
Step 2
add in chopped tomatoes and 250ml water and leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes
Step 3
add the rest of the spices and the kidney beans
Step 4
add up to 250ml more water dependant on how liquid the mixture is
Step 5
cook for 10-15 minutes then serve with your carbohydrate of choice
