Instructions
Step 1
Heat a generous amount of sesame oil in a pan over medium high heat.
Step 2
When heated, add the bread, flipping halfway until it is toasted. Then set aside on a plate
Step 3
Then lightly toast about half the sesame seeds for a minute, after a minute crack an egg onto it.
Step 4
Put the lid on the pan and cook the eggs to your liking
Step 5
Serve eggs on toast with chopped spring onion and a drizzle of chilli oil or other sauce if you want, and an extra sprinkling of sesame seeds
