Step 1
Slice apples and add to water. Let them cook for 5 mins then add the oat bran and flaxseed. Keep stirring for the next 3 minutes or until the water is drying out then add coconut milk. Continue stirring for a minute more then add an egg, and some coconut oil. Add the remaining ingredients (cinnamon and sweetener) to taste.
