Instructions
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, put water and salt on high heat and bring to a boil
Step 2
Add oats and reduce heat to medium, stirring to make sure it doesn’t boil over. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low. Add margarine and stir until melted.
Step 4
Add evaporated milk and blend into mix.
Step 5
Add flaxseed, chia seeds and cinnamon and stir until evenly combined.
Step 6
To meal prep, let cool and then add to microwaveable container. Will make 8 individual 1/2 cup or 4 individual 1 cup servings.
