Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
Step 2
Cook sushi rice to packet instructions
Step 3
Cut salmon into small 1cm cubes and marinate with chives and soy sauce
Step 4
Cut nori sheets into 12 squares (3 sheets)
Step 5
Spray the muffin tray and carefully place each nori sheet pressing down with cooked rice as a weight to hold down
Step 6
Place an even amount of marinated salmon on each
Step 7
Cook for 12-15mins in the oven, observing, so the nori doesn’t burn
Step 8
Remove from oven and place cucumber and carrot on top
Step 9
Garnish with mayo, chilli flakes and lime
