- 180g Pasta Sauce (Brand: Keep It Cleaner)
- Oregano & All Purpose Seasoning (or your choice of seasoning)
- 50g Nandos Peri Peri Sauce (there are multiple different flavours to choose from to suit your liking such as garlic, medium, hot etc)
- 220g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (you can’t taste it but it adds a lot of protein & makes it super creamy when blended)
- 375g Pasta (Brand: Vetta Smart Penne Pasta - or any protein pasta such as “Banza” , “San Remo” etc)
- 300g Diced Chicken Breast
- Parsley Flakes (optional)
