Smoky Beef Mince Enchiladas With Tomato Salsa

These smoky enchiladas are packed with Mexican-inspired flavours. You'll wrap spiced beef mince in soft tortillas, top with cheese and bake until crispy. Drizzle with zingy homemade salsa to serve.
