Instructions
Step 1
Cook sausage in 300° F oven, bake approx 30 minutes, drain on paper towels and cut into slices
Step 2
Place onions (fennel too), potatoes, chicken broth and garlic in pot. Cook on medium heat, until potatoes are done. Add sausage, bacon; salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Turn to low heat, add kale and cream. Heat through and serve.
