Whisk salt, cocoa powder, psyllium husk powder, and chia seeds in a large measuring cup. Pour four cups of almond milk into a six cup blender. On a medium low speed (enough to pull the center down but not fling liquid out of the blender) add vanilla extract, maple syrup, and dry ingredients. Blend on medium low until all ingredients are completely incorporated, about 30 seconds. Pour into four containers (I use pint size Ball jars). Chill for a minimum of two hours or overnight before eating. I make four servings, which gives me a pretty substantial breakfast or afternoon snack. You could easily make this into eight servings and add some sliced fruit for a healthy dessert.
