Ingredients
12 servings
2 lbsground beef
1onion
diced
1green bell pepper
diced
3 clovesgarlic
minced or chopped
1can chili beans
1can red kidney beans
drained & rinsed
1can cannellini beans
drained & rinsed
1can diced tomatoes green chilies
1 x 15 ozcan diced tomatoes
1 x 15 ozcan tomato sauce
1 TbspTomato paste
1 TbspChili powder
1chicken bouillon cube
Optional, dissolved per instructions
3 dashesChipotle Tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
Couple dashes
Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef in skillet on med-high (season w/ salt & pepper). Transfer to slow cooker w/ slotted spoon.
Step 2
Add garlic to skillet and cook for 30 sec. Add onion & bell pepper and cook for 4-6 min. Transfer to slow cooker.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and cook on low 6-8 hours. Season w/ salt & pepper as necessary
