Falafel
400 gramschickpeas
2 tablespoonsground flax seeds
0.5onion
diced
3 clovesgarlic
mashed
½ teaspoonpaprika
or dried chili flakes
1 cupfresh parsley
chopped
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspooncumin
1 tablespoontahini paste

Instructions
Falafel
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
Step 2
heat some oil in a non stick frying pan
Step 3
make the patties [ 1 heaped tablespoon per patty] and fry for 2 minutes (or air fry too)
Step 4
put the falafels on a plate covered with paper towels (duh to absorb all the extra oil)
Pasta and Sauce
Step 5
add water in a pot, add salt to taste and bring the water to a boil. add the noodles
Step 6
heat some oil in a non stick fry pan
Step 7
fry the onions for 4 minutes, then add the coconut milk and all your spices
Step 8
cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to achieve a creamy texture.
Step 9
add the pasta to your bowl, then top with the falafels and drizzle on the sauce
