Instructions
Step 1
Add the pasta to a large skillet and cover with boiling water.
Step 2
Bring the water to a simmer and cook the pasta until al dente, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add the hummus, spinach, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest and juice, and grated red onion. Mix well to combine. Add more water as needed until the desired consistency. Cook until heated through.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
