Step 1
On medium/high heat- heat oil in pan. Then add beans and seasonings. Let simmer for about 3 minutes. Then add rice, mix and let simmer again for 2 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn to low, cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
