Instructions
Step 1
fry onion until soft
Step 2
add tomatoes and garlic, cook for 10 mins
Step 3
add white wine, stock, lentils, thyme, cumin, soy, chilli, mixed spice and oyster sauce
Step 4
coverand simmer for 40mins. stir occasionally and add more water if necessary
Step 5
add kidney beans and cook for 10 mins more. also cook rice
Step 6
stir sweetcorn through rice and serve
