Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions. Reserve half cup of pasta water.
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini in butter until vegetables are tender. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.






Step 3
Stir in cheese and half and half, heating until warmed through. Toss cooked pasta with sauce and vegetables, add pasta water if it looks too dry. Serve immediately.
