Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta according to instructions on the box.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté red pepper in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft. Add garlic, sun dried tomatoes, olives and artichokes to the pan.
Step 3
Add cooked pasta and remaining olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss. Top with parmesan and breadcrumbs. Toss again.
