Roux Boy's Huli Huli Chicken

Ha'oles can make killer Huli Huli too. It's all in the love you put into it. This is a staple at my house and served often especially for parties. Smoky, sweet, savory, with the flavor of Aloha--We never have leftovers.

Ingredients
12 servings
6 lbboneless Skinless Chicken Thigh
1 ½ cupsSweet Teriyaki Sauce
Sweet Baby Ray's preferred
1 ½ cupsGourmet Sauce
Yoshida's preferred
¾ cuppineapple juice
3 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds
black and white mixed
2 Tbspminced garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in ziploc bag or large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Marinate overnight, at least 12 hours, massaging frequently
Step 3
Grill over Med High/High Flame; Charcoal preferred, turning often until moderately charred (165 degrees internal).
*Option Here to grill pineapple rings or slices
Step 4
Slice/Chop into strips with cleaver on butcher block
Step 5
Top with sliced green onions; serve with scooped rice, mac salad and simple green salad

I keep plenty of Sriracha and Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce around for this dish.
For the marinade: I recommend using Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Glaze/Sauce
