Instructions
Step 1
Peel the boiled potatoes & roughly mash them
Step 2
Cut the chillies into two pieces
Step 3
Heat oil and add pinch of hing.
Step 4
Add the cumin seeds and then the green chilies
Step 5
When the cumin seeds change colour add the Kashmiri chili powder. Stir it once & add in the roughly mashed potatoes
Step 6
Mix it well and sauté for a minute
Step 7
Add 2 cups of water, mix in the potatoes well. Let it come to a boil.
Step 8
Add in the turmeric powder, kasuri methi and salt
Step 9
Cook for 2 minutes
Step 10
Add chat masala and garam masala powder
Step 11
Mix well let it cook 2-3 minutes until the oil separates
