Step 1
Use above recipe on dough cycle in bread machine or use ready made dough that’s been risen as per directions.
Roll out the dough and cover in sauce and cheddar/mozzarella blend and top with pepperoni or your choice of toppings.
Roll up tightly and cut in 1.5-2” slices and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Let rise in 175 oven for 20-30 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
