1 piecegreen bell pepper
1 pieceyellow bell pepper
2 piececucumber
14 ozTofu

1 teaspoonred pepper
1 teaspoongaram masala
1 teaspoonmixed herbs
1 teaspoonsalt
4 teaspoonoil
5 piecesGreen chili
4 tablespooncheese
4 tablespoontomato ketchup
5 piecescherry tomato
4 TablespoonMustard
Instructions
Step 1
Clean, wash and cut all vegetables to bite size
Step 2
Take sour cream in a bowl and add mixed herbs of your choice
Step 3
Take Mayonnaise in a separate bowl and add herbs/seasoning
Step 4
Cut cucumber in half pieces of 2 inches and prepare Lettuce (see Video) a

Cut tofu into rectangular pieces
Step 6
Saute Tofu pieces from both sides to golden color, using ghee/oil
Step 7
Saute bell peppers till tender/soft
Step 8
Assemble Keto vegan burger- lay Lettuce leaf in a plate, apply a layer of Mayonnaise mixed with herbs,

Keep bell pepper, Add Tomato, Ketchup, Cheese, Mustard, Roasted Tofu
Step 10
Place half-cut cucumber, Sauer cream, and décor rate with Cherry tomato
Step 11
Keto vegan burger is ready
