Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°, warm up pan on medium low heat and line a baking sheet with parchment

Step 2
Prep ingredients by diving onion, mince garlic, finely chop parsley and grate parmesan. In a bowl, add milk and breadcrumbs and let soak for 5 minutes

Add EVOO to warmed pan and sauté onions for 5 minutes, add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes
Step 4
To a large bowl add ground pork, ground beef, egg, sautéed onion & garlic, breadcrumb mixture, salt & pepper, parsley and parmesan, thoroughly mix all ingredients together

Using an ice cream scoop, form equal size balls, form and place on parchment lined sheet, bake for 20 minutes, broil on medium for 3 minutes
