Instructions

Step 1
If you want to toast the sesame seeds to add a rich nutty flavor, do that now.
Step 2
Mix well all the dry ingredients into a small pot, then add the milk and extract. Add salt to taste if you wish.
Step 3
Bring to a simmer over medium heat while stirring with a fork to remove clumps. Reduce heat to low and stir occasionally.
Step 4
It is ready in a few minutes when it starts to pull away from the sides.
