Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil and add chicken and fry for 5mins.
Step 2
• Add ginger garlic paste nd fry for 2mins
Step 3
• Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry for 5-6min on high flame
Step 4
• Now add salt, crushed black pepper per & 8 green chili
Step 5
• Now cover & cook till chicken is tender on medium flame.
Step 6
After the chicken is tender add roasted & crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds and lemon juice.
Step 7
Mix for a min then add the remaining green chillies (put a slit in between
Step 8
• Keep on low flame for 5mins.
Step 9
It's ready!! Serve hot with Naan!!
