Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
To make the topping: Combine all the ingredients and let marinade for 1 hour at room temperature.
Step 3
To make the bruschetta: Slice the bread slightly into 1/2" thick slices and let sit for an hour to firm up; this will give the texture of stale bread.
Step 4
Rub each piece of bread with olive oil on both sides and bake for 8-10 minutes.
