Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Slice the chicken.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Let marinade for minimum 1 hour.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the chicken. Fry for about 2,5-3min each side.

Toum

Step 4
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into small pieces.
Step 5
Add the garlic, salt, and lemon juice to a large container.
Step 6
Start to puree the mixture with a hand blender. Pour the oil little by little. The mixture should become thick. Alternatively, put the ingredients in a blender and slowly add the oil.

French fries

Step 7
Peel and cut the potato into slices.
Step 8
Heat the oil in a small pan. Add the potato slices and fry for about 3-4min until crispy and golden brown.
Step 9
Season the French fries with salt.

Shawarma

Step 10
Slice the Lebanese pickle and tomato.
Step 11
Heat the arabic bread in a pan.
Step 12
Spread the center of the arabic bread with Toum.
Step 13
Top it with the salad, tomato, pickle, chicken and French fries.
Step 14
Fold the sides of the arabic bread inward first. Then place the front part over the filling and roll up under tension exercise. You can additionally wrap the shawarma in aluminum foil.
