Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 °F and spray muffin tin with cooking oil spray
Step 2
Whip eggs, cream, and spice together
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients and use the 1/3 measuring cup to portion the egg mix in muffin tin
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 min or until an inserted knife pulls out clean. Serve with salsa or desired condiment
