Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl mix the honey, chilli flakes, stock cubes, soy sauce, garlic granules, ginger, lime juice and 2 tbsp of water
Step 2
Spray the slow cooker with low cal. Place the pork in the bottom and pour over the mixture. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 2 1/2-3 hours
Step 3
Turn pork over half way through cooking and replace the lid. Once pork is cooked remove from slow cooker and wrap it in foil
Step 4
Pour the sauce from the slow cooker into a small saucepan and add the spring onions. Place the saucepan over a medium heat and simmer uncovered for around 10 minutes or until the sauce has slightly reduced
Step 5
Slice the pork into 8 slices and place on a serving dish. Pour the sauce over the pork and servr
