2red peppers

400gsmoked tofu
1 tspsalt
1 tspcumin
1 tsppaprika
½ tsporegano
½ tspchili
4 Tbspchickpea flour

Instructions
Step 1
Blend onion, parley, tomatoes, red peppers and garlic to form a chunky sauce.
Step 2
Crumble in smoked tofu and add salt and spices, and chickpea flour. Mix well
Step 3
Place wrap in a hot pan, spread some mixture on top in thin(ish) layer, covering cook for 2-3 mins)
Step 4
Flip and cook for 2 more minutes
Step 5
Top with garnish and sauce and roll.
