Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel and cut in medium size pieces the vegetables. Smash the garlic.
Step 2
Put some olive oil on a pan and start by cooking the garlic with the onion.
Step 3
When the onion is medium soft (transparent) add the rest of the vegetables.
Step 4
When vegetables are cooked but tender (not soft) add the tomate pure. Cook until done.
Step 5
Optional: add some water if you want more tomato sauce covering the vegetables. If it is going to be used in 'empanada' keep it dry.
