Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Place six chicken breasts in baking or casserole dish.
Step 3
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Step 4
Add cubed potatoes around and on top of chicken.
Step 5
Season potatoes with 1 teaspoon of table salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Step 6
Add sliced onions on top of potatoes.
Step 7
Spread cream of condensed soup over the dish.
Step 8
Add 5 ounces water to dish.
Step 9
Add pieces of cubed butter around dish.
Step 10
Cover dish with foil and bake for one hour. If potatoes are not soft, you can recover dish and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
