Instructions
Step 1
Saute shallot and garlic in oil, add in sausage until cooked, finish with kale, season with sale and pepper. Set aside once cooked.

Shred all the cheese, combine in a bowl with the egg. Set aside.

Par cook noodles, 3-4 at a time, boiling water for 4 min. Drain on clean dish towel.

Assemble (preheat oven to 425):

1. Grease lasagne pan

2. Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce on bottom of pan, stir the rest of the jar of sauce into the sausage mixture

3. Cover sauce with noodles

4. Spread 1/3 of mixture on noodles, then spread 1/3 cheese, then a layer of noodles. Repeat this step a total of three times.

5. Cover and bake 20 minutes

6. Broil 4-6 minutes to brown the cheese on top.

7. Let set for 10 minutes and serve
