Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Grease a griddle
Step 3
Add batter using a 1/4 c measuring cup to the griddle. Cool for 3 minutes or until you see bubbles. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with toppings of choice. I add sugar free syrup and 1/2 c strawberries. This recipe will make around 10 pancakes.
