Instructions

Step 1
Slice the chicken thigh to make thinner pieces of meat
Step 2
Combine oil, gochujang, red chili powder, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and salt to make marinade. Whisk until Gochujang is completely dissolved. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or for best, 2 hours
Step 3
Cook chicken on skillet, pan, or grilled until cooked through. Add red pepper flakes after turning chicken. Serve immediately over steamed rice
