Instructions

Step 1
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water
Step 2
Strain the water off and mash the potatoes roughly
Step 3
Boil the pasta of your choice according to the instructions on its packaging
Step 4
While the pasta is boiling, mince the onion and fry in oil in a separate pan
Step 5
Take the cooked onions off the heat, add the paprika to the pan and mix
Step 6
Once everything is ready, add the mashed potatoes to the onion paprika mixture and combine thoroughly
Step 7
Take the pasta and carefully fold it into the potato mixture
Step 8
Serve with pickles of your choosing, like: gherkins, beets, etc
