Step 1
Mix beef, soups, mushrooms, onions, and pepper into Slow Cooker
Step 2
Cover and cook on Low heat for 10 - 12 hours, or until beef is fork-tender
Step 3
About 10 minutes before serving, turn off the heat and add the sour cream and cream cheese.
Step 4
Slowly stir the stew until the cream cheese is melted.
Step 5
Serve stroganoff stew over the cooked egg noodles.
Step 6
Can also be served without noodles as a very Keto-friendly (low carb) hearty stew.
