Get the oil hot into a pan on low heat and fry the onion for 2 mins.

Turn the heat on medium and simmer for 5 minutes adding water little by little so the fish does not dry out.

Meanwhile boil the pasta according to package instructions

Add the pasta to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
