Instructions
Step 1
Arrange the chicken in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Step 2
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
Step 3
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs. Serve with rice. If wanting to have this cooked more slowly: Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
