Instructions
Step 1
Mix the milk, eggs and olive oil in one bowl.
Step 2
All all the rest of the dry ingredients (apart from the slivered almonds) and mix in a different bowl.
Step 3
Add the wet mixture to the dry.
Step 4
Add the composition into a loaf tin and sprinkle some slivered almonds on top.
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes at 180C.
