One of the reasons why I love cooking with pasta is because it is so versatile! There is a huge variety of pasta types, sauces and ingredients that you can use and adjust accordingly to your taste. That is indeed the true beauty of cooking! 🥹

Instructions

Step 1
Pat dry salmon slices.
Step 2
Season salmon with salt, pepper, cumin and paprika.
Step 3
Cook salmon skin-side down in pan with butter.
Step 4
Flip salmon slices until all sides are golden brown.
Step 5
Remove cooked salmon from pan.
Step 6
Add onions into the pan and cook for a few minutes.
Step 7
Brown garlic slices.
Step 8
Cook broccoli and mushroom in pan.
Step 9
Add flour, milk, cheese and adjust accordingly with pasta water.
Step 10
Add chopped parsley and mix well.
Step 11
Plate salmon and pasta in a plate and serve.
