3 cupsgyro meat

½ cuponion
thinly sliced
2 tablespoonsfeta cheese
1 tablespoonKalamata olives

12egg roll wrappers
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté gyro meat in a skillet until golden brown. Add in onion, feta, and olives. Mix well and cut the heat. Stuff your eggrolls by placing some of the filling in the center of each wrapper on a diagonal roll it tuck in the sides and seal shut with a little bit of water. You can air fry at 400° for 12 minutes flipping halfway until golden brown or you can deep fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with some tzatziki sauce for dipping.
