β’ 1 piece of bread (I use wholemeal)
β’ 1 egg
β’ Splash of milk (I use breast)
β’ Chopped blueberries
β’ Sprinkle of cinnamon (about a teaspoon)
In a shallow bowl, mix the egg with a fork.
Pour in a splash of milk and mix in the blueberries and cinnamon.
Quickly dip the bread in, then flip so both sides are soaked in the batter.
Use cooking spray oil or extra virgin olive oil in a pan on medium heat and cook for about 2 minutes on each side π€©
