Instructions
Step 1
Dry chickpeas, first by towel, then out in oven 100c for 15 minutes

Crank oven to 185, add A LITTLE BIT of olive oil,just enougb to coat
Step 3
Bake for another 40 min at 185. Shake baking plate occasionally
Step 4
Get them out of the oven and sprinkle with spices, let them dry completely
