Mexican shepherds pie

Made like shepherds pie but corn bread on top instead of mashed potatoes!

Step 1

Mix cornbread mix with all ingredients besides hamburger and taco seasons and half the cheese let sit.

Step 2

Cook hamburger with taco seasoning (could also use chicken or pork and could add beans or use just beans)

Step 3

Add cornbread mixture on top of cooked meat mixture and place in oven at 425 for 45 min or until cornbread is cooked through top with the remaining cheese.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 425
