Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into long strips and set aside.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat and cook for about 3 minutes, until no longer pink. Remove meat from skillet.
Step 3
In same skillet, heat remaining oil and add onion and bell pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes and then return meat to skillet.
Step 4
Stir in water and seasoning. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Step 5
Heat tortillas over the stove or for about 30 seconds in the microwave, and prepare beans.
Step 6
Spoon meat into tortillas and add desired toppings.
