One of the better meatloafs that I've had. Makes plenty for family and even has some leftovers. Goes great with mashed potatoes and vegetable for a complete dinner.

Ingredients

2 lbsground beef
1 lbsground pork
2eggs
beaten
¾ cupmilk
1 cupketchup
1 Tbsworcestershire sauce
⅔ cupoats
or bread crumbs
¼ cuponion
diced
2 tspitalian seasoning
salt
pepper
Topping
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Beat eggs, then add the meat and the other ingredients into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Form into loaf on a greased sheet pan and place in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 4
Mix topping ingredients.
Step 5
Take meatloaf out of the oven and brush with topping. Also spoon off any extra grease, if desired.
Step 6
Bake for an additional 10 minutes to set topping.
Step 7
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Then slice and enjoy.
