Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven and pizza stone - to 425.
Step 2
Mix 1 cup flour with yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and hot water. Then add 1 additional cup flour to make dough. Let sit briefly.
Step 3
Combine small can sauce with garlic (1 frozen cube or 1-2 fresh), a little olive oil, a little oregano, salt, sugar if desired.
Step 4
Sprinkle pizza peel with cornmeal. Roll out portion of dough, brush edges with olive oil. Top with sauce, other Ingredients as desired, too with cheese.
Step 5
Slide onto pizza stone. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool briefly and then slice.
