Step 1
Place chicken In a slow cooker and sprinkle the oregano, cumin, salt and pepper on top. Poor in the beans, corn, and salsa and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for six hours.
Step 2
Serve with rice or tortillas etc. Other toppings can include shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeños etc. I have also substituted oregano with Italian seasoning. I’ve also used taco seasoning too.
