Rice Prep

Scrub rice until water runs relatively clear

Strain rice

Place rice in pot and stir in a little coconut oil

Add 2 1/4 cup water to pot

Bring pot to boil

Allow water to boil until rice shows on the surface

Turn temperature down to medium, put lid on pot, and let simmer for 5 minutes

Turn off stove eye and let sit ten minutes with lid on

Spread in wide container and allow to cool 30min-4hrs (longer the better)
Fried Rice

Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, oyster sauce, miso broth, aji misin, and 2 spoonfuls sugar in small bowl

Set out bowl for relocating ingredients mid process

Mix egg yolk with white in bowl

Add coconut oil to pan

Heat empty pan until eye is red hot and coconut oil boils

Pour egg into pan and brown on both sides (don’t scramble). Set egg aside in bowl
