Instructions

Step 1
Boil aquafaba 5 to 6 minutes. Cool completely.
Step 2
Put everything but oil into a blender, pulverize on high for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Reduce speed to medium, slowly drizzle in oil (this should take about 10 minutes).
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl and fold in a generous punch of salt.
