Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all marinade ingredients together and mix well
Step 2
Unwrap pork loin and pat dry
Step 3
Place pork in large ziploc bag and pour marinade over top
Step 4
Close bag and work marinade all over pork until well coated
Step 5
Place in fridge for a few hours
Step 6
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 7
Place pork, fat side up, in 9 x 13 baking pan and pour marinade over top
Step 8
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°
Step 9
Remove from pan, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Step 10
*Trim off the fat before serving
